Named after two incredible rescue dogs, Lucy and Panda, every purchase you make helps provide ongoing financial support for a diverse group of rescue animals living with complex medical or behavioural needs resulting in lifelong disabilities. Your support goes toward vet care, specialist equipment, and daily essentials that help these animals live their best lives. 

In fact, 90 % of our profits go into supporting these animals, whilst the remaining 10 % is donated to the National Assistance Animals Training Group providing assistance animals for disabled individuals who need them. That's right, 100 % of our profits go to purpose-driven social enterprises or charities helping the animals and people who need that help the most.

We’re also proud to give back by offering subsidised products to:
- Assistance Animal Handlers 
- Animal Rescue Groups and Foster Carers
- Low Income Earners

As part of our commitment to ethical practice and community support, we offer inclusive employment opportunities to people with disabilities—creating a more equitable and compassionate workplace. In fact, 100 % of our employees are disabled!
